Creation of journals and posting journal entries (Oracle)
General ledger accounting.
Recieving and Entering vendor invoices into system, E- mailing and communicating with vendors/suppliers.
Preparing payments (checques) for signature.
Creation of cash vouchers.
Management of the petty cash.
Maintaining files, including filing of general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation.
