I underwent my summer internship at ETA ASCON Dubai UAE on "Training Management". My task during my internship was to nominate employees for online training programmes, evaluating training s conducted and sourcing trainers for the training programmes. I submitted my dissertation on "HRD Policies and Employee Retention".
