• Responsible to provide day-to-day HR support for 750 staff (technical and non-technical).
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
• Informing job applicants of duties & responsibilities, company benefits, working schedules, growth opportunities etc.
• Manage Induction/On boarding of new employees (coordinate with the concerned departments and candidates for logistics of the first day; prepare new hire packs, training schedule etc.)
• Manage Visa process in close coordination with the PRO (new visas, renewals, medical, Emirates ID and labour contract)
• Development of new HR policies, processes, standard operating procedures and its implementation
• Developed organizational charts and detailed job descriptions for all employees.
• Implement training and development plans for new and existing employees.
• Planned quarterly and annual performance review sessions for employees
• Review performance, and compensation and benefits packages of employees at contract renewal
• Coordinate with agents, brokers, providers for employee health insurance ( ensure low claims ratio and competetive renewals)
• Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process monthly payroll - prepare input data (new staff additions, deletions, deductions, absences, commissions, leaves, overtime etc.), generate automated pay slips on a monthly basis (Litchi Software)
• Conduct exit interviews and cancellation process for departing employees.
• Manage employee benefits programs (annual ticket, medical insurance, family status etc.)
• Secure acknowledgement letters for all company assets issued to the employees.
• Process employee requests for documents (salary letters, salary transfer letters, Bank letters, NOCs etc.)
• Manage and maintain employment contracts, personnel files and employee information in the HR software system
• Manage the HR software system - add/terminate employees, approve annual and sick leaves, and train new employees on the (WebHR system.)
• Participate in and lead key HR initiatives for performance management and staff utilization, compensation planning, and employee development.
• Proactively consult with the department heads to provide effective and beneficial HR solutions
• Implemented a budget-conscious mind-set and introduced creative solutions to ensure cost-effectiveness across all HR activities.
