Preparing Data for all AKF’S section.
Supporting preparing the assessment for activities & projects.
M&E all projects statements, monthly progress reports, and activities under the
supervision of the M&E Officer.
Following-up & developing finance and work plans for all projects including the
activities implementing process.
1. Receiving payments and issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transaction.
2. Provide excellent service to all customers and assist with any questions.
Answer incoming calls on multi-line phones.
making appointments, filing, keeping records, entering data and performing a
variety of other office tasks.
Answering customers inquiries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Distributing tasks to employees and scheduling shifts.
Organizing managers appointment and interviews.
Alert the manager to urgent tasks and important appointments.
Read and organize manager email inbox.
Preparing, writing, and distributing meeting summaries and results
Customer service: Informing customers of available banking products and services to
address their needs.
Answering enquiries and resolving problems or discrepancies concerning customers accounts.
Processing customer cash deposits and withdrawals, cheques, transfers and other related banking
transactions.
Teller: performing all various banking tasks, including withdrawing, depositing, exchanging currencies, and transferring funds.
