• Lead HSE performance of 7 oil drilling sites.

• Develop and implement BBS programs to the field staff and ensure adequate delivery and comprehension.
• Perform regular inspections on well/rig site and subcontractors to identify compliance with the Company Management System as well as Client’s, including recommendations for corrective or preventive action where appropriate.
• Carry out regular audits on well/rig site to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and specific job documentation.
• Maintain statistics and detailed records of inspection findings, records of incidents, near misses and accidents and producing statistical data for reports and develop recommendations to mitigate data trends.
• Lead and maintain QHSE management system documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Ensure company QHSE policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively, and are known and understood by all contractors and subcontractors on sites.
• Conduct meetings conducive to the running of safety matters with the client, and contractors on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Engage with Quality team to develop SOPs that meets with API Spec 2 QMS.
• Help to develop a structured safety culture, promoting a safe and excellent working environment that is aligned to working practices.
• Conduct Periodic Internal Audits on assigned departments, raise NCRs and recommend corrective actions with periodic reviews.
