KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conceptual planning for development in consideration with Development Control Regulations.
• Preparation of Project Feasibilities, Develop schedules and budgets for assigned projects.
• Plan, Manage & Monitor Communication.
• Acting as a single point of contact with Authorities.
• Managing the project and assigning and detailing roles and responsibilities identified in pertinent internal and interdepartmental agreements.
• Developing a procurement plan for services and products not provided through the lease (including screens/furniture and moves), and identifying the procurement method through consultation with the Design Manager and the Acquisitions Supply Officer at project delivery stage.
• Full knowledge of Civil Engineering, Project Management & support towards implementation of the Quality Management Plan.
• Study pre-qualification of consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors and review their capabilities as per requirement of projects.
• Documenting deficiencies and ensuring they are corrected.
• Review the Project Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents.
• Interacts with Project Consultant for Tender documents and BOQ.
• Interacts with governmental branches and regulatory agencies as required to ensure that projects
• Resolving design and development problems.
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
• Initiate, implement, review and monitor Quality Objective related to area of work.
• Effective control over records and documentation.
• In case of variation to the Contract, maintain all relevant details and liaise with the Consultant.
• Review Specifications and Contract Documents, and coordination with Project Consultant accordingly.
• Monitoring and Controlling Site activities as per Schedule.
• Attending progress meetings with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor quality, program, budget and time constraints.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the Owner's requirements and relevant specifications are fully & correctly understood, & are effectively communicated to the project consultant.
Maintain detailed records of technical development (e.g. Changes in designs, etc.)
Organize meetings with the Consultant's/Contractor’s staff, regarding Technical contract requirements, or variation.
Follow up actions agreed upon in the Management Review Meetings.
Resolving design and development problems
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Initiate, implement, review and monitor Quality Objective related to area of work.
Electromechanical co-ordination as defined.
Effective control over records and quality documentation.
Study the Project Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents.
Preparation of Weekly, Monthly Progress reports.
Monitoring and Controlling Site activities as per Schedule.
Study pre-qualification of consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors and review their capabilities as per requirement of projects.
Attending progress meetings with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
Co-ordination with Tenants/Tenant’s Consultant/Tenant’s Contractors for Design, Quality Control, Construction Program etc.
Monitor quality, programme, budget and time constraints.
Preparation of periodic reports on the project and identification of problems & solutions thereto.
