Key Deliverables:
• Responsible for managing company’s product (BAIC / CFMOT / Electric Vehicles); as Accounts Manager, spearheading a multitude of responsibilities spanning cash flow, risk & compliance, accounts, audit, annual budget and landing from different houses of the entire business while ensuring profit and value maximization for entire stakeholders.

• Holding stewardship for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closure of accounts and allied activities, finalization of schedules to balance sheet and provision for expenses, and preparation of requisite MIS.

• Ensure and optimize cash position by minimizing the ideal cash through netting while reducing the finance cost.
• Restrain the finance cost within the budget by managing cash flows through forecasts and regular reviews and update to management regarding liquidity for future course of action.
• Manage the working capital facilities based on the forecasted payments to improve the utilization of facilities by wide base of appropriate funding alternatives for present and future finance requirements

o Management Reports ensuring its accuracy and timely submission to Board of Management.
o Balance sheet & nominal account analysis and ensuring timely disposition on reconciling items or errors.
o All business reports from organization including but not limited to Sales Reports, Profit & Loss Statements, Admin Expense Reports, CAPEX reports, OPEX Reports, etc.
o Reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities for the entire organization.
• Strategically contributed in creating internal financial policies to manage risk and optimize financial controls in the organization; supported management in decision making by evaluating store financial viability and providing recommendations and interpreting business financial reports and providing insights.
• Monitored and analysed monthly budget spending, company operations costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
• Monitored and interpreted cash flows and reports future trends, and proposes dividend payouts and payments of outstanding payables, if any.
• Spearheaded the preparation of the Annual Operating and Capital Budgets for the business, including Sales, Profit & Loss, Store Expansion/Closure Plans. Also, in-charge of budget review and finalization for each support unit or departments.
