A)Production Responsibility
• Responsible for Managing BOMs (Bill of Materials) of all models of Refrigerators, separating
in to three parts as Kit, Local Parts and Third Party Parts and sending them to concerned
department accordingly
• Also responsible to issue Engineering Change Notes
• Communicate production objectives and schedules to subordinates, discuss related problems
and decide on solutions to meet the required quality and volume goals.
• Ensure that the most efficient use of manpower is made by planning workloads and scheduling
appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with other segments of the Supply Chain like Procurement, Engineering, Planning,
and Logistics in order to ensure smooth operations
B)Project Responsibility
• Preparation of Project plans
• Responsible for all planning and Execution activities on the project in accordance with the
Quality Management Procedure
• Preparing the work method statement for execution activity
• Installation of Utilities Piping (Nitrogen, Oxygen, LPG, Raw Water, Air, C5, Polyole &
Isocyanate lines)
• Installation of Thermo foaming Machine, Foaming Machine, Sheet Metal Shop, and Process
