Work as T-u-L to train the local community youth & Schools chidren & to organizeto improve the health, develop liveskills & foster peace for the chidren . Ensures the participation of all groups of children, especially children who are the most vulnerable
Assists the Supervisors in conducting parents’ and community meetings

Ensures adherence to the Child Protection Policy and reporting procedures
Ensure the participation of all groups of children.
Assist the animators in working with children to develop new, creative activities and solving problems arising in child friendly spaces
Screens for and monitors protection needs and gaps in and around the Child Friendly Spaces
Supervises the implementation of SC Child Protection activities at Schools & Community level ensuring appropriate coordination with other sectors
Provides Child Project Coordinator with detailed information regarding activities on a monthly basis (children attendance with breakdown by gender and age, activities carried out, issues affecting programme delivery, material needs etc…)

Assists the Supervisors in solving problems arising in the Child Friendly Spaces
Conduct Different sessions in Schools & Community on child rights

Analyze the data and produce reports to inform management about progress •Visit field sites (as and when required) to monitor and evaluate projects’ qualitative and quantitative aspect against agreed indicators and report back to the concerned management on regular basis.Hold regular meetings with program staff and heads to follow up on ongoing project interventions. •Develop case studies and success stories to highlight success of the project

Work CSM as in their CASH FOR WORKS project during relief Operation In EQ hit areas of Mansehra.In this project my responsility to train & aware the local communities about hygene n hold meetings with local village organizations to share their problems.
