Providing rotating equipment shutdown’s pre-planning, QA/QC service and technical support
▪ Ensure accurate standards and specifications are in place for the maintenance of the rotating assets

Monitoring the condition of critical and semi-critical equipment for Monomer plants \[phase II\] using PI- dashboards and provide analysis on trends in a structured manner.
Review the field acquired data by the team and concur it with PI Vision trends to Synchronize the mechanical and process parameters for concurrent analysis.
Utilize online monitoring for critical machinery using PI Vision, and Bently Nevada’s System1.
Diagnose root cause for failure or malfunctioning assets by vibration, process parameters, on-Site, physical & instrumentation data from mechanical seals and multi-stage integral machines.
Providing technical support to field MNT on Reliability related matters with the Collaboration of Turbo machinery team.
Perform Basic Lube Oil Analysis to verify the early fault detection in Turbo machines.
Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
Utilized key skills in condition monitoring, analysis and reporting of more than 500 machines including online/offline, casing/shaft, centrifugal/reciprocating and compressor/pumps by using best fit practices
Supported in laser alignment, thermography & boroscopy while adeptly handling vibration diagnostics, troubleshooting & dynamic balancing for single & multi-channel machinery as per company’s procedures
Attentively maintained and updated asset management database (equipment configuration) of rotating equipment along with technical data and process parameters. Oversaw condition of critical equipment by using System-1, Prognost and MTC while executing analysis on trends in structured and timely manner
Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
Rendered expertise in portable data collector as well as carried out routine and non-routine vibration activities. Actively evaluated vibration data and other relevant mechanical and process parameters while articulating reports regarding changes in vibration profile and equipment condition for smooth working
Supported in online data collection and monitoring of critical equipment using CSI & ADRE-408 as well as expediently examined any major changes in equipment condition & generated remedial action report
Adroitly executed thermography & boroscopy inspection on large rotary equipment such as gas turbines and other rotating equipment. Managed commissioning and start-up (SAT) of new plants and equipment
This training includes 01 months in-house and 23 months with hand training at plant field. Major part of this training comprises on studying Machines, Practicing Inspection techniques with hand on experience.
Participating in commissioning and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of Nitro phosphate and Natural Gas Booster Compressors.
Responsible for Data Acquisition as per PM plan Ammonia, Urea, NP, CAN and Nitric Acid areas.
03 Years Diploma of Associate Engineer in Mechanical Discpline.
