Position: Construction Manager Project: USACE Project for RSNF, Construction of Facilities and Infrastructure for MH-60R Air Craft at Royal Saudi Naval Base at Jubail Naval Base. Responsibilities and Project's Features: Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring, controlling and Project Delivery with respect to Project Documents and client satisfaction. Present Project has Concrete Apron For MH-60 Air Crafts, 1.8 km Taxy way with complete lightening system and Marking on Taxiway & Apron by 3rd party, Steel structure with composite sandwich panel walls and roof of Maintenance Hanger Building for the Aircrafts, Squadron Operation Building, Ready Alert Building, Corrosion Control Building, Ground Equipment support Building, Switch Gear Building, Meters Building, Fire Pumps house, Ready Magazine and High Explosive Magazine Building, Training Facilities etc. The Project has some special features, Like Vertical lifting Door (Champion door from Finland) at Maintenance Hangar Building (MHB), Rolling Shutter doors, Plenum Doors at Corrosion control (CC) Building. Draft Curtain system at MHB and CC, Paint booth curtain, with Imported Epoxy floor, Rubber skirting and sealant system, External Stucco plaster and Fire Rated Ceiling plaster. We also conducted Air Envelop (Air Leak) test to all buildings having HVAC system etc. Also, familiar with some special Mechanical features like Foam system at MHB, Air compressed system, Fire Fighting system, HVAC system, 2 & 5ton overhead cranes system, Bead Blast Equipment etc.

Position: - Construction Manager Infra Structure Project: - Jeddah 3rd Industrial City development Phase-01 Client: Modon Consultant: Saudi Parsons Activities Handled: Project Activities planning for Execution, Managing & Controlling to Diferent Teams & subcontractors etc. for Construction of storm drainage lines, Sewer Drainage System, potable water System, fire fighting's etc with diferent types of pipes with varies diameters up to 1.5M GRP, Ductile, Concrete, HDPE and UPVC; Cast in situ and precast manholes, inlets Valves, Valve Chambers, Fire hydrants, Box culverts, concrete ponds etc.

Project: NCB Head Quarter in Riyadh, MODA Hospital in Riyadh with (JET, Join Engineering Team), International Car Auction Yard For Riyadh Development authority, Works at King Faisal university expansion projects in Al Ahsa. Activities Handled: Quality assurance to all RCC Structural Construction activities at Boys and Girls Activities Centre, Admin Building at King Faisal University and Construction of 3 span of fly over including excavations, foundations, Concrete Super structure with Hollow core slab.
