Commissioning Engineer Mechanical
Qassem CCPP consists of 03 Blocks, each block has 04 HRSG (110TPH), one Steam Turbine (136.4 MW), one Air Cooled Condenser (ACC), Holding vacuum pumps, Hogging vacuum pumps, Condensate extraction pumps, Boiler feed water pumps, CCW system, Deaerator, EOT cranes and hoists, WTP, BSDG & its auxiliaries, Fire fighting system and air compressor system.
In Qassem CCPP, I am working as Commissioning Engineer Mechanical responsible for commissioning of above mentioned equipments as per SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) specification and contract. I am also responsible for
• Hydrotest for all HRSG piping
• Chemical Cleaning for HRSG piping as per ASME scope
• Chemical cleaning for BFW and CE piping
• Preservation of HRSG
• Water flushing for all piping
• Lube oil flushing for STG piping
• Functional tests for diverter dampers
• Lube oil flushing for BFP interconnecting piping
• Functional and load tests for all EOT crane and hoists
• Air leak and vacuum test for ACC
• Steam Blowing
• Review Commissioning procedures as per SEC specification
• Review commissioning ITP's for all mechanical equipments
• Keep close look on upcoming and ongoing commissioning activities as per approved commissioning schedule
In Al-Quryaat Power Plant Project, I am working as Commissioning Engineer responsible for the mechanical commissioning of BOP systems required for the safe start-up of Gas Turbines SIEMENS SGT6-2000E (02 Nos.) and its Auxiliary systems supplied by SIEMENS Germany.
Gas Turbine auxiliary systems are as follows:
Lube Oil skid, Lube Oil Cooler skid, Fin Fan Cooler for generator cooling, Gas Ignition System, Fuel Oil Skid, Fire Fighting System, Hydraulic Oil skid, Air Handling System.

Worked as a Material Planning & Production Engineer responsible for overall telecom site build up i.e. Erection of telecom towers, BTS equipment shelters
Worked as Maintenance Engineer in A.A Spinning Unit responsible for the maintenance of all spinning machines.
Worked as Trainee Engineer responsible for the production of small Double Acting semi rotary hand wing pumps.
