My role includes complete implementation of solution which include preparing Project Plan & project initialization, documentation of Project Charter, Business Blueprint, UATs, User trainings and go-live.
I am also managing post implementation support & change management. I am developing of customized reports, custom alerts management and writing of queries.
I am also closely working with development team as a business analyst to developed solutions according to the business requirements of clients.
My role included managing my team to ensure the successful implementation of ERP system and liaison with clients & solutions partners. I also worked in pre-sales to present demos to prospects and fetching sales. Apart from above I was also taking care of activities in domain of accounts and finance, manage payroll and other operational expenses of company.
Lead ERP Implementation in two entities i.e. Shabbir Textile & Anam Weaving.
I was managing both companies, addressing users’ queries and developing customized reports & layouts. Also was working as a liaison between implementation partner and key users during implementation process.
I started as functional consultant ERP under ICAP trainee scheme in Crowe Pakistan, later I was promoted as a senior consultant and then in a team leading role. I managed multiple projects in a techno-functional role. I also worked as a pre-sale’ consultant in my last six months with HCC. I was also worked as a project manager on my last two project.
