#Manages all Health Safety and Environmental aspects of the project, providing leadership and technical expertise pertaining to HSE.
#Develop and implement HSE management Systems, procedures, documents, forms etc. in Accordance with current international ISO standard.
#Reviews all contract documents related to the project for HSE related issue.
#Engage with all field personnel in enforcing, local laws and regulation and other applicable HSE standards.

Complete the development of HSE Management plan, and ensure ongoing implementation of the HSEMP, including further Production of individual project HSE Management plans,
Ensuring that HSE adjective are fully embedded Into the project.
* Driving HSE compliance and providing high quality specialist support and advice on HSE risks.
*Provide HSE input to the evaluation and selection of subcontractors. provide HSE support to project Director and Managers, outlining the contractual HSE requirement for the service and equipment to developing scopes of work.
*Provide input to project assurance plans, ensuring that appreciate HSSE activities are included.
*Represent development as HSE lead at client and Consultant meeting to Facilitate understanding of projects requirements.
*Evaluate Performance at defined intervals to confirm conformance with clients H&S requirements, provide feedback, lesson learned and a basis for improving future performance.
*Assist Engineering and construction teams in identifying hazards, assessing risks, and in the development of scope- specific HSE risk Management plans.
*Liaise with clients and Consultant for onsite HSE Management to ensure alignment.
*Develop project specific HSE procedures as required. Disseminate safety Information throughout the workplace via bulletin board, posters, newsletter share external and internal HSE learning and incorporate where appropriate.
* undertaking regular performance reviews of the personnel and contractor through the use of site visits, inspections and audits.
* Developing and maintaining good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders keeping up to date with and implementating changes according to local and international HSE standard and legislation.

Main Duties but not limited:
-Developing and Implementing organizations Health & Safety program.
-update institutional HSE policies and conduct risk assessment to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures.
-Evaluate the workplace environment and develop safety-management policies that identify.

-monitors the effective implementation of appropriate safety and Environmental systems procedures and provide for their updateing in line with changes in legislation and company Directives.
-assist company in the development of safety policies and procedures.
-prepare all the required safety documents for starting of the project, Safety plan, Rick assessment, safety policy, required work permit and all safety formats and get in 100% approved by client.
-Determine the cause of any accident, incident & dangerous occurrence including near messes recommend means of preventing their recurrence.

BACS consortium is one of three consortia contracted by Arriyadh Development Authority to design and build the Riyadh Metro Project. The BACS consortium of companies is led by Bechtel, Almabani General Contractors, Consolidated Contractors Company and Siemens.
The BACS consortium will be responsible for the design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh metro network. These two lines will form part of the six-line metro system that will run for a total length of 176 kilometers across the city and includes 85 stations.
Its scope of work on Lines 1 and 2 encompasses detailed structural, architectural and transit system design together with construction, testing and commissioning works. Our scope also includes the procurement of all products and materials necessary to support project delivery.
