Project: Kuwait Credit Bank Head Quarter and Multi-Storey Car Park, Kuwait (Project Value + Variation Orders ≈ 44 million KWD (Equivalent 154 million USD)

A: Job roles as follows:
1- Providing Client with monthly delay analysis using construction delay analysis techniques with retrospective and prospective type of analysis (Time Impact Analysis & As Planned vs As Built) with windows analysis.
2- Conduct forensic delay analysis for the Contractor's EOT/disruption claims.
3- Assessment of concurrent delays and establishing link between “Cause and Effect”.
4- Development of the overall project control systems, project method statement, E1 & E2 logs and detailed schedules (From Level 1 to Level 5).
5- Preparation and review project controls monthly submittals, progress measurement system, dashboards and KPIs.
6- Conduct the required meetings and following up the required actions from the concerned parties.
7- Validation of project payments, preparation Client Fiscal Year budget in line with (S-curve & cash flow) and forecasting cost for the project.
8- Tracking Variation orders and perform change management.
9- Review and arise recommendations of prolongation and disruption claims to the Client.
10- Identification & updating of Risk register, Risk assessments and liaise with Client to determine the required Risk responses.

B: Achievements:
1- The main achievement in this project represented by the successful coordination and the tangible support to the project team in order to deliver the project with the required quality in the optimum time and cost.
2- In addition to the project close monitoring, reporting, and project EOT with implementing mitigation time plans which led to saving of potential extra 13 month to the project duration.
3- Furthermore, applying value engineering, variation orders tracking with cost proposals negotiating and recommendation the optimum alternatives to the Client which led to saving of 2.4 million KWD (Equivalent 8.4 million USD)
