*Manage the Leasing and Property Administration of a large portfolio of apartments, villas and townhouses across several freehold communities in Dubai for local and international investors.
*Manage the complete Administrative process of leasing landlord’s property from sourcing the tenant, investigating tenant suitability, conducting move-in inspection, collecting client deposits & rental cheques.

*Draft the unified Tenancy contract together with the additional Terms & Conditions which may need to be redrafted based on Tenant/Landlord requirements.
*Maintain a physical and cloud-based filing system to store Tenant and Landlord documents.
*Manage Lease, Tenant and Landlord information in Propspace Property Management system; currently in the process of automating the renewal letters, payment reminders, sms alerts etc.
*Ultimately ensure maximum occupancy and minimum overheads to maximize Landlord Return on Investments.
