As a Recruitment Manager My key responsibilities include:
-In-Charge of the team of recruitment including 3 recruiters.
-Fully responsible of all valuable recruitment clients (Hospitals) including the recruitment services contract management.
-Taking care of recruitment services business development. Arranging the meeting with the Hospitals Recruitment heads to finalize the recruitment services agreements.

-Arranging recruitment trip as per the requirement of our clients with the support of our recruitment partners.
-Managing the online registration on web portals utilizing the social media like Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter. Postings jobs on the website.

-Providing assistance to the higher management for Manpower Planning for all Projects of the group of Hospitals.
-Full life-cycle recruitment experience includes staffing, development of position descriptions, identifying corporate core competencies, developing and implementing traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies, screening/interviewing and candidate selection in concert with hiring Senior Consultants, Physicians & Surgeons, negotiating compensation packages, extending offers and assisting in integration of new employees. -Carried out staffing and sourcing campaign to hire new doctors as per the Manpower Plan. Sourced international candidates working with biggest hospitals groups in the world, through cold calling, channel development, strategic alliance and corporate branding. As an Executive Secretary and Site Administration Coordinator in Power Generation (BUPG) my key responsibilities include: All secretarial and personal task of GM & DGM of power generation department including but not limited to arranging meetings, scheduling appointments, follow-ups, emails, letters, coordination with other departments regarding various technical and commercial matters, delegating work with other departments and other Siemens offices around the world. Arranging local and international travel for all the departmental staff including GM & DGM including arrangement of visas, tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals and other arrangement as needed. I was deputed at KESC as Member Directorate Operations in Operations Department directly reporting to Director Operations (DO) . Major job responsibilities included: Managing secretarial and personal task of DO KESC, arranging meetings, scheduling appointments with government officials, follow-ups, emails, letters, delegating work to other departments and coordination with other departments as needed. Preparing presentations for DO to be presented to government officials / committees including the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan, Provincial Governor and various local and federal government officials.
As a SPOC (Single Point-of-Contact) for the DO office - known as the Nerve Centre, I was responsible for managing the Complaint Management System receiving complaints, forwarding them to the concerned centres across Karachi city, following them up and responding to customers that included the VVIPs across the city. Coordinate with City Government and City Nazim on behalf of DO for new power connection cases, shifting of services, right of ways cases, site visits, shifting KESC networks, etc. Collecting data from LDC control of hourly KESC generation, imports from WAPDA & IPP's, shortfall and load shedding and forward them to the CEO and COO on hourly basis
