 Installation new & old computers & laptops.

 Maintaining the active directory users & accounts.

 Creating Outlook accounts, troubleshooting Outlook related issues.

 Installing vdi computer with receiver.

 Configuring tabs & iPads with Wi-Fi & citrix receiver.

 Basic Configuration of Routers and Switches.

 Take regular backups of all local data and maintain a backup log every day.

 Support for queuing system & e-podium system for display.

 Assist users in backing up and restoring their files, as well as in virus detection, removal and prevention.

 Routing implementation- Static, Default Routing Protocol (OSPF, EIGRP, RIP) Routed Protocol TCP/IP.

 VLAN Configuration.

 Installation & configuration of Cisco Routers, Switches.

 Layer 3 Switching & Trunking.

 Provide support of In-house desktop solutions i.e. Helpdesk.

 Troubleshooting the operating systems & software related issues.

 Troubleshooting the system and Networks related problems.

 Installing and troubleshooting network related and normal printers.

 Adding & removing users from domain.

 Maintaining documentation.

 Maintaining the active directory user accounts & groups policies.

 Creating Outlook accounts, troubleshooting Outlook related issues.

 Basic Configuration of Servers & Routers and Switches.

 Ensure that the virus protection software is installed on all machines and updated on a weekly basis

 Take regular backups of all local data and maintain a backup log every day.

 Assistance in the installation of commercial and in-house developed software and related upgrades & Induct new staff

 Assist users in backing up and restoring their files, as well as in virus detection, removal and prevention

 Routing implementation- Static, Default Routing Protocol (OSPF, EIGRP, RIP) Routed Protocol TCP/IP.

 VLAN Configuration and Implementing Inter VLAN Routing

 Installation & configuration of Cisco Routers, Switches

 Monitoring the networks.
