• Handling accounts of companies like Samsung, Unilever, Best Foods, La Marquise, etc.
• Assisting in driving growth of the account by maintaining services and proposing new marketing and digital initiatives.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their marketing and PR needs
• Collecting, studying and analyzing market research and demographic/psychographic data to determine the most effective approach to reach the client’s target audience
• Working with marketing and project managers to devise and plan a campaign that best suits the client’s brief and ensures optimal use of budgeted funds
• Preparing detailed project proposals and presenting it to the client
• Liaising with clients and suppliers and handling all the logistics like material deliveries, negotiating with vendors, communicating with media suppliers, delegating tasks to colleagues and subordinates according to their area of expertise
• Oversee plan implementation and budget control
• Ensure all signed client and company authorizations and paperwork is in place like reports, quotations, invoices, legal approvals
• Hiring part-time staff (promoters/hostesses/supervisors) where needed and managing them so that they deliver to the client’s satisfaction

-Handling inventory and helping the project manager with material details.
-Assisting project manager in evaluating and calculating each project production and delivery time under the given deadline date.
-Assisting the HR team by scheduling interviews, resume filtering, reporting on the status of the candidate and helping administration with seeing the attendance/payrolls.
-Submitting the daily reports of engineers to the general manager and updating project details.
-Building relationships with new and existing clients.
