As a production Operator at Saint-Gobain Gyproc Emirates UAE, I am responsible for
operating Process and maintaining machine tools used in the production of Gypsum
products. My responsibilities include
• Monitoring boars and operate process of SCADA systems and equipment that includes
tanks, heat exchangers, pumps and mixer
• Employ SOP to adjust, maintain, start, stop production equipment
• Make needed adjustment to keep system processes to adjust, including flows,
temperature, and pressures within acceptable ranges
• Monitoring process indicators, instruments, gauges, and Boards defects and report
any possible problems
• Communicates with the operators, maintenance, supervisor and QC engineer to make
adjustments in response to changing process conditions to address or prevent issues
• Reports Safety deficiencies and takes appropriate corrective action
• Participates in all health, safety, 5S, WCM, Training and environments party

As a Machine Operator at Alucor LTD - UAE, I operated and maintained machines used
in the fabrication of aluminum products. My responsibilities included:
• Read and interpreted specification, diagrams and blueprints for job.
• Handled all responsibilities for boiler systems, including fabricating, assembling and
installing.
• Tended multiple fabricating machines, including cutoff saws, shears, presses, drills and
profile bending machines.
• Set appropriate stops and guides to specified lengths as indicated by scale, rule or
template.
• Operated hand power tools and heavy machinery safely.
