• Routine monitoring of all the operations of ultra filtration (UF) to ensure operating standards
• Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant to produce optimum quality
• Monitoring the Demineralization unit (Ion Exchange beds) and its regeneration and related trouble shooting

• Quality control of water, coal, oil and environmental lab
• To perform daily scheduled work, regular analysis work, Completed both routine and special quantitative/qualitative laboratory assays and detailed documentation within the deadline.
• Make and update departmental document and report on daily basis
• Perform instruments calibration timely and check their reliability
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (sops) to support the quality system and laboratory function
