• Conduct weekly induction and onboarding for all new joiners for AD Aiports and subsidiaries (Munawala, Abu Dhabi Hospitality Company, and more)
• Gathered all necessary approvals and initiate onboarding process for all new joiners.
• Explained and communicated compensation and benfites, position details, entilments and company policy for all new joiners at AD Airports.
• Effectively inducted the set manpower for 2022-2023 and prepare onboarding kits, documents, gathering necessary paperwork and
scheduling first days plan.
• Prepare compensation and benefit letter for promotion and new hire justification letters to HR Management.
