*Recruited expatriate and local candidates across different levels Manager, Senior Managers, Executives, HOD's, C-suite, Partners etc.
*Partnered with various stakeholders, hiring managers & executives at EXPO 2020 to understand staffing needs.
*Managed ad placements, candidate pool generation, credential evaluations, reference validations, background checks, pre-screening assessments, initial interviews, & psychometric tests.
* Supported the HR business partners with weekly reports, requisitions, hiring approvals, on-boarding requirements and other documents.

*Supported a team of 5 recruiters and the Project Manager in sourcing, screening & shortlisting relevant candidates for various departments.
*Conducted the initial round of screening through phone interviews with candidates chosen from the EXPO career portal, Bayt & LinkedIn.
*Coordinated and scheduled interviews between candidates & hiring managers.
*Carried out daily recruitment operations and administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
*Closely collaborated with Bayt clients across UAE, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Qatar to thoroughly understand client needs and specific job vacancies.
*Worked with the Business Development team by sourcing & screening candidates and developing new ways to attract and manage the candidate and client life cycles.
* Formatted shortlisted CVs and forwarded them to clients along with the trackers of candidate’s availability, visa type, current and expected salary.
*Scheduled interviews for shortlisted candidates and followed up regarding their performance.
*Maintained the Recruitment Information System with number of client requirements, interviews scheduled, candidates shortlisted/rejected with reasons, and other recruitment trackers.
* Prepared daily/weekly/monthly reports pertaining to interview status, closure, and feedback.
Researched vendors (event space, catering, equipment, decorators etc.) to identify the most feasible vendor and communicated with prospective sponsors
Produced detailed proposals and concepts for events (timelines, venues etc.)
Event coordination in the days leading up to the event (booking venues, coordinating with suppliers etc.) as well as during the event and ensured everything went as per the planned schedule.
Participated in marketing activities, promoted events through social media on platforms such as Twitter and Facebook and prepared documents such as agendas and invites to increase awareness.
