1. Full time coordination with site team project supervisors, surveyors, foremen for all site related works.

2.Attending all project meetings with the client/consultant for finalisation & approval of works.

3.Responsible to liaise with various Govt departments like Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, DIP, Emicool, Empower, Etisalat, Du etc for obtaining necessary permits & approvals.

4.Responsible to manage all mandatory approvals & submission for all NOC submissions.

5.Ensuring NOC submissions are fully coordinated and integrated on a multi discipline basis before being issued/ submitted to local authorities with tracking of NOC's and their renewal timely.

6.Mediating between in-house technical team and local authority Engineers/officers on technical issues related to NOC approvals.

7.Ensuring works at site comply to the NOC conditions.
