Due to the head office of the company being based in New Zealand, it was difficult to effectively provide service to our customers in the MENA region; my role was to ensure that all the customers within the region were kept satisfied with our products and assist them with any issues that may arise in a timely manner.

• Remote site technical assistance over the internet or phone, when beyond the ability of their maintenance team I was also called out for onsite support, where I was required to go onsite and repair the problem or begin the process of resolving the issue.
• Responsible for the commissioning of any new machinery bought within the region, and I was expected to fly to the location of the machine to do a full commission and training the customer’s staff. Locations include Indonesia, Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, Iran, Jordan, Turkey, Cyprus, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kenya and Tanzania.
• Training clients on Quality assurance and best practices in production and maintenance of their machinery
• Training on the use of the CAD software used for designing the buildings
