• Coordinate with Landlords and tenants for the check-in and check-out inspections.
• Perform property routine inspection.
• Do random visit to secure that all the properties are habitable especially when it’s vacant.
• Prepare necessary documents needed for the whole rental transaction.
• Handling and attending queries and complains from tenants and landlords.
• Monitoring compliance of maintenance job.
• Monitor all the office jobs cycle
• Preparation of invoice, quotation and PO for company customer and suppliers
• Work with bank jobs (deposit, cheque & TT)
• Attend all technical queries and assist client upon their concerns.
• Monitor all shipment cycle (import & export documentation)
• Monitor some accounts task such as daily payables and receivables and assure that all collections are deposited to the bank.
• Develop managerial strategy to have accurate job flows and maintain employee productivity.
• Provide all company documentation required by diffident sectors (Municipality, Bank, Ministry and Clients)
• Analyze fraud accounts.
• Assist clients on their account status.
• Follow up and secure payments.
• Allocate jobs with the collectors.
• Study team progress and create motivational projects.
• Plan and improve monthly collection target.
• Organize promotions and events.
• Handle marketing materials and inventory.
• Source out marketing materials and collaterals.
• Assist sales team on their marketing requirements.
• Check daily client status.
• Receive monthly payments.
• Attend phone inquiries and provide relevant information.
