• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of electrical devices and instruments
• Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
• Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales
• Develop Service technical documentation
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field applications scientists as appropriate
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Responsible for all documents and records of the project or services
• General supervision of the project/s assigned
• Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered with the project/s assigned (Testing & Commissioning, Installation/Repair/Maintenance of all Electrical Equipment, Instruments and Devices and other accessories)
• Gather data, make a Weekly Accomplishment Report and a Two-week Look Ahead Schedule and Bill of Materials of project/s assigned
• Coordinate directly and weekly meetings with the General Contractor for the issues and concerns of the project
• Attend weekly about Safety and Health meeting with the General Contractor and other Sub-contractors
• Responsible for turn over & project support group documents and administration records of the project/s assigned
• Responsible in preparing and submitting all needed documents for the project/s bidding
• Assist Senior Engineer in site/plant visit, meeting with the client and materials to be used in project for quotation purposes
• Discuss the site/plant visit and estimation to the Head of the Engineering Department and Design Head for the issues and concerns about the project/s to be quote
• Preparation and Submission of inspection/findings/recommendations on project/s visited
• Responsible for the incoming and out coming spare parts materials and accessories needed for the project
• Coordinate project status, issues and recommendations to the Plant Supervisor and Manager
• Supports in minor engineering activities such as Repairs, Reconditioning, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Rotork motorized actuators, Flowserve pneumatic actuators and Accessories and Instrumentation Field Devices.
