• Launched Sanad RSA, a real-time roadside assistance platform, across mobile and
web; engineered the central REST API, Flutter customer/provider apps, and a web
based dispatch dashboard to coordinate service requests, job assignment, and
operational tracking.
• Built multiple internal operations tools to streamline workflows across departments,
replacing manual processes with centralized systems for dispatching, customer
management, service tracking, reporting, and administrative control.

• Spearheaded end-to-end development as a technical partner, architecting a scalable
booking and inventory platform using Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL, hosted on
Azure App Service.
• Engineered complex backend logic to handle concurrent booking workflows and real
time inventory synchronization, ensuring strict data consistency during high traffic
periods.

Architected and built the core e-commerce MVP from scratch using Node.js,
TypeScript, and MongoDB, successfully taking the product from concept to launch
within six months.
• Established initial cloud infrastructure on Azure, implementing a containerized
environment with Docker and automated CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions to
streamline releases.
• Established engineering culture and workflows; recruited and mentored a team of
interns, successfully coaching two into full-time engineering roles.

• Engineered a full-stack vehicle servicing platform using React (Redux Toolkit, RTK
Query), Node.js, and MongoDB on AWS, successfully digitizing the 500-point
technical inspection process.
• Built real-time customer-facing features, including live status tracking and a report

embedded images and video.

• Contributed significantly to back-end development utilizing Node.js, primarily
