Client: Singapore Telecommunications Limited Task: Provisioning and Migrate 300+ SDWAN device in various EMEA, AMER and APAC region sites 1. Responsible for Installation and configuration of SD-WAN managed device SilverPeak, VeloCloud and Cisco Viptela. 2. Managed design, installation and management of organization wide local area network, wide area network segment and internet system
•Deliver tier 2 network ticketing support to resolve all issue for 1000+ users
•Execute the maintenance window changes for multiple locations performing troubleshooting of routing and switching issues.
•Documented and maintained all the network changes, topology diagrams and implementation through MS VISIO tool and slack.
•Troubleshooting with field technicians on access points, network switches issues and backhaul connectivity with ISP.
•Maintained, installed and configured SilverPeak SD-WAN orchestrator and virtual edge connect.
•Generating RCA(root cause analysis) for critical issues of layer2/layer3 problems.
Designed, configured and installed all datacenter network device to support 500+ users of including lan & fiber cable, routers, switches, load balancer and Firewall
•Used network monitoring tools to ensure network connectivity and protocol analysis tools to assess and pinpoint networking issues causing service disruption.
•Worked extensively Cisco 6500, 4500 series multilayer switches, Cisco 2900 series switches and cisco 3750s switches and configure routing protocols
•Configured VLAN with 802.1Q tagging, port security, trunk groups, EtherChannel and spanning tree for creating Access/Distribution and core layer switching architecture
•Executed configuration for routers, switches, wireless AP's and WLAN Controllers using Cisco Hardware.
•Responsible for Checkpoint and FortiGate Firewall configuration and administration across global networks.
•Deployed zone based firewalling and security rules monitor IDS for active alerts and determine priority responses.
