Responsible for supporting the company branches at all levels as part of a support team. Ensuring that all hardware and software is configured and installed correctly. Duties: ❖ Managing information technology and computer systems. ❖ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. ❖ Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance. ❖ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. ❖ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. ❖ Working experience on installation, troubleshooting, administrating end user laptops for Windows / MAC / Linux OS. ❖ Working experience on Networking and security systems like LAN Switches, TCP/IP Configurations, WiFi network, VPN configuration, working with Windows Active Directory, Office 365, VMware and various commercial software ❖ General IT related tasks diagnosing and repairing end-user IT devices, and general IT ticket management
