Main responsibilities include fulfilling HR needs of the organization by managing Recruitment, Training, Performance Management and Employee Engagement
• Lead local and international recruitment
• Lead recruitment drives in different universities; design EVP and launch Employee Branding Activities.
• Lead Management Trainee Program from beginning to end
• Launched Performance Improvement Plan for employees whose performance is not up to the mark
• Conducted Employee Engagement survey; based on the outcome formed focus group to work on the gaps and improvement areas.
• Update all HR policies and propose changes to the Board and its implementation.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
• Make corporate presentations and HR presentations for the board
• Redesigning PMS system, provide training to employees and its implementation. My main role also lies in conducting HR Audit of Appraisal and objective setting process and ensuring SMART objectives are designed
• Lead training department and ensure internal and external trainings programs are aligned with TNA’s
• Conduct different employee engagement activities
• Launch Buddy Program for MT’s and Sales Trainees.
• HR change agent
• Ensure recruitment of new employees on timely basis. Some of the major positions that I was involved in recruiting are CFO, NSM, GM Marketing, Trade Marketing Manager, Financial Controller, etc.
• Designing of HRIS system, a comprehensive ERP system. My main role is project management- providing details and coordinating with IT team in every phase of the development form designing till implementation and testing.
• Conducted Management Training Program and Internship Programs by visiting renowned universities and successfully recruited talented candidates
• Designing of international policy manual for UAE and KSA Regional offices
• Identifying technical competencies and core competencies of all departments and aligned it with PMS.
• Single handedly conducted job analysis of all the departments, identified gaps and in consultation with HOD’s made changes in the structure and JD’s.
• Responsible for conducting TNA and aligning training needs with training calendar by identifying and coordinating different training's with expert trainers.
• Conduct different employee engagement activities throughout the year.
Responsible for successful implementation of OD & HR projects. which included designing HR policies, manpower analysis, designing job descriptions and job evaluations, conducting salary surveys and designing comp and ben structure. recruitment and HR audit, etc.
