Experience with Citrix XenDesktop for publishing applications and shared desktops, Citrix XenCenter server for configuring Citrix environment with SAN network connectivity on FC and iSCSI storage. I have a good knowledge of configuring Citrix NetScaler in HA/DR setup.
•Possess good scripting skills in Python 3.7, UNIX bash, Perl and Windows PowerShell and VCS scripting. I developed scripts for automating processes in Linux production servers and practiced autoconfiguration and deploying updates using Ansible Playbooks for Linux.
•I administered Windows 2008/12/16 servers and supported applications on Windows platform.
•Assumed a major role in change and problem management and processes. I created many procedures to troubleshoot, minimize and eliminate issues from production & maximize applications up-time.

My primary role was to administer Data Center Production and DR servers (Linux and Windows) and SAN storage systems, manage SAN fabric on EMC SAN grid including Symmetrix, Clariion and Celerra NS480 as well as Brocade SAN switches.
•I implemented and administered Windows 2008 servers and supported applications on Windows platform. I helped fixing and troubleshooting Windows servers and application.
•I setup and configured new Brocade and Cisco SAN switches and added them to the existing network fabric for the purpose of expansion and hosting new storage systems.
•Provisioned Linux and Windows servers on VMware ESX 4.0 platform and decommissioned physical and virtual servers in two data centers.
•Windows and RedHat Enterprise Servers hardening, performance tuning, monitoring and capacity planning.
•Projects: Provided guidelines on Implementation of Windows and RHEL Servers on VMware ESXi clusters with DR availability.
•I installed and administered Nagios Core software for monitoring and alerting services for Linux and Windows servers, switches and applications in production.
•Provided 24X7 support and troubleshot efforts for storage systems, Unix-AIX, Linux and Windows production servers and fixing issues that have global impact to client systems and business applications.

Member of the storage and network support team dedicated to CML (Canadian Medical Labs) installed and configured 6 Centera and 2 NAS NS480 Celerra EMC SAN storage equipment.
•Performed DR data center network connectivity, configuration and monitoring tasks.
•Administered and configured EMC SAN storage systems for connections to medical imaging applications. I did extensive training and consultations for client teams using the new systems.
•Managed storage platforms such as EMC Symmetrix VMAX, NS480, CENTERA and CLARiiON CX3-80 and Brocade SAN fabric switches.
•Resolved many SAN network connectivity issues in two data centers.
•Administered and monitored replication between Centera equipment from company production data center to remote sites for redundancy and data recovery purposes.
•Created detailed documentation for implementing and using NAS, Centera, CIFS, CLARiiON and Brocade switches for CML.
•Worked as part of SAN and network support team responsible for the implementation and support of EMC client data and voice networks.

I was responsible for IBM data center fiber HBA and ethernet network connectivity and rack mounted physical server installations, upgrades and troubleshooting in three data centers for ManuLife (IBM client).
•I was responsible for administering, installing and supporting Windows 2000/3/8 Active Directory, VMware ESX 3.5, Citrix, SAN, Linux, Tivoli monitoring and Tivoli TSM backup systems for Manulife account (with over 1400 production and development servers) in five collocated production datacenters.
•Delivered over 300 new Linux sever builds with majority of them connected to SAN storage systems. I installed Linux monitoring software (Nagios) to monitor infrastructure and create alerts.
•Implemented critical back-end server changes as well as providing high-level technical support and problem resolutions on both Windows 2003/8 and Linux Red hat systems.
•Led a team of four to install and configure Tivoli monitoring software (ITM 6.1 suite) for network and systems in corporate network, covering 950 Intel servers.
•Involved in a VMware server consolidation project to migrate several physical servers to virtual ones hosted on new EMC SAN storage systems.
•Implemented many SAN storage allocations and storage reclaiming on IBM Shark systems and EMC SAN and Clarion CX3-80 systems.

I was mandated with setting up a new corporate data center in Toronto. Installed physical rack-mounted servers and appliances and perform physical network connectivity. I administered production network and supported corporate applications 24X7.
•Helped troubleshoot network routers and firewall issues to allow access for applications across upstream and downstream company remote offices.
•Worked with network team to configure network protocols such as TCP/IP, VPNs, Routing (EIGRP/BGP) and open firewall ports to allow upstream and downstream users access Harvest 5 applications.
•Coordinated Harvest 5 migration project (over 4000 application environments migrated).
•Administered and supported Harvest5 for over 800 global users.
•Installed and configured VMware ESX 2.5.4 and ESX 3.0 servers and supported MS Virtual Server Service & Virtual Pc made available for users across corporate network.

Centtric was an IBM Partner that implements back-end operations for TD Bank and TD Insurance.
•Participated in administering the corporate high availability network in three collocation data centers.
•Administered corporate web applications hosted on Linux RH and Windows 2003 servers.

•Implemented critical changes on Active Directory and DNS servers in Wintel infrastructure.

I worked for Fuji on a technical support contract that was renewed several times supporting Wintel production systems, network routers, switches firewall and VPN devices.
•I supported corporate telecommunication and Exchange 2003 e-mail systems including new installation projects and troubleshooting issues 24x7.
•I supported Nortel equipment and call pilot in addition to backup media of voice and data on regular basis.
•I supported AS400 mainframe system and tailored applications for shipping, accounting, and finance, technical, marketing & sales departments.
