3.) Successfully set up 3 new departments in Ford Qatar: accessories, vehicle finance
& vehicle insurance sales department to generate additional net profit for the
company (4..2 Million Qatari Rial ~ 1.15 Million USD annually)
4.) Improved customer satisfaction scores from 59% to 88% for Ford Qatar which is
highest for Ford in the GCC Middle East.
5.) Bagged the Biggest Fleet order for Peugeot in GCC Middle East.
(50units Peugeot 301 sedan)
6.) Successfully established new Automotive Brands like Renault and Peugeot in
Oman and grew their market share by conquering various new Fleet, Car Rental,
