A. Product Management for Talentera (a Bayt.com product)
- Leading product development efforts for a comprehensive career portal / ATS solution, currently being used by hundreds of employers across the Middle East.
- Designed Talentera.com's marketing site and managing SEM efforts
- Leading sales training exercises to ensure staff is aligned with product strategy and is equipped to deliver effective pitches.
- Working closely with the sales team on pre-sales efforts to assist in demonstrating product capability to potential clients. Also, performing various post-sales activities ranging from designing custom enhancements and ensuring quality of service.

C. Product management for YallaMotor.com:
YallaMotor.com is a Bayt-backed automobile website for the Middle East offering the latest prices, specs, features, photos of cars in the region, along with detailed expert reviews, comparison tools, price quotes etc. to enable the average consumer to making better car buying decisions.
Achievements / responsibilities:
- Managing the product roadmap and working with development using an Agile approach
- Grew traffic to over 200K uniques/month in around 18 months
- Responsible for implementing cutting edge SEO best practices (on-page, link building, micro formats, authorship markups etc.)
- Collaborating with designer on UX and leading the charge on implementing latest frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap 3.0
D. Led Product Design efforts on a few projects namely Khalifa Fund Gateway and a co-branded tablet app for Kidzania.
1. Project: Simplicant, \nJune 2011 - Oct 2011 \n \nSimplicant is a simple applicant tracking system for small and medium sized businesses. \n \nResponsibilities included: \n- Developing the product roadmap, writing specs and planning sprints for development in a SCRUM-based environment \n- Coordinating marketing efforts to promote the app in the US industry in general and in virtual marketplaces like AppDirect. \n \n \n2. Project: Pak eVentures, \nJune 2009 - Oct 2011 \n \n'Pak eVentures' is a suite of web portals involving classifieds, infotainment and online communities. The project even features the very popular "PakWheels.com" which is Pakistan's top automobile community standing at over 16 million+ pageviews a month. \n \nThe platform also offers white-label classifieds solutions to high-traffic web portals and is currently powering classified sections of significant partners like Ufone, ProPakistani & BusinessRecorder. \n \nResponsibilities included: \n- Developing brand strategy and collaborating on the vision of the project \n- Researching market needs, designing solutions and translating them into product features \n- Wire-framing and prototyping use cases using Axure \n- Writing and maintaining product specifications \n- Coordinating requirements with the development team and prioritizing bug/enhancements during dev sprints \n- Measuring KPI & significant metrics of the sites (using Analytics) and devising strategies to optimize conversions \n- Collaborating on SEO strategies with marketing \n- Discovering and implementing monetization strategies to open new revenue streams \n- Conducting feasibility analysis of new ventures and business opportunities \n- Coordinating business development for our white-label platform (includes partner acquisition & relationship development)

Motorola Business Process Management Software \n- Developed and designed a comprehensive reporting module in Crystal Reports XI and Oracle.
