As Principal, I manage all academic and administrative tasks in the college. I act as resource person as well for the training of the new teachers and personnel on the mission statement of the institution. I also conduct seminars for in-house teachers training and refresher courses. I maintain a regular contact with the Head Office and Board of Directors for the direct implementation of all policies. I also maintain a pleasant relation with the parents and community sending their daughters/wards to the college. I am also responsible for the hostels on the panel of the institution and I ensure quality from them.

I worked as Head of Department with 26-29 teachers working under me. I acted as resource person for their constant training in the subject. I delivered lectures and arranged workshops for the teachers in order to make them learn the latest teaching techniques. I also helped them in making out the planners and scheme of studies for the whole year. As Section-head, i was responsible for the Administrative tasks relating to the whole section, including timetable adjustments, addressing the issues of teachers and solving them, meeting the parents and responding to them in the most accurate manner; communicating and synchronizing with the other section-heads and approaching the top administration on any task, if and when necessary.
I also had been a constant part of Curriculum Development Committee and the Chief Editor of the School Newsletter and magazine.
As a teacher, i showed excellent results in the Federal Board-Exam, HSSC 2009 & 2010 (certificates)
I was the Press- and Media-Coordinator of the School as well as School Coordinator for TIMSS International Assessment for the preparation of the students.
