The various matrices given below have been prepared by the Employers consultants and show the broad division of responsibilities as between these various interfacing parties. They may to be use as the basis for the contractor DIM however they are not to be regarded as exhaustive and the data given is to be verified and updated by the Contractor as the requirements and circumstances of the Project dictate.

1. Checking and review design submitted by WPC (Work Package Contractor SY205/Colas Rail Asia)
2. Coordination work with PMD, others WPC and Colas Rail System Engineering.
3. Checking and reporting site constructions progress according to IFC CSD.
4. Preparing weekly report,
5. Conduct progress meeting, weekly and monthly basis construction meeting PD&DS department to keeping the work in line with the approve schedule.
6. Conduct a mitigation plan in case of work delay and to catch up schedule planning.
7. Manpower and resources monitoring planning to maximize the time utilized in each or work site.
8. Conduce weekly dashboard meeting to keep track the work progress.
9. Inspect the material and equipment at factory and before installation in order to make sure work package contractor supply and install the correct equipment as per design.
10. Onsite meeting and coordination case of clashing with existing or other system equipment.
11. Carryout PICO inspection of every equipment installed at site to make sure installation according to signoff CSD and meet the installation standard.
12. Coordinating and interfacing construction Sub Station (33KV), TPSS and Bulk Sub Station (132KV, passenger stations northern, underground and southern section.
13. Monitoring progress vs. schedule
14. On site monitoring and coordination, installation method and quality.
15. OIL monitoring and closure.
16. Coordination the material delivery and installation work underground,
17. Closely coordinate with others system and installation to maximize the time period, reduce the double handling with and lost manpower resources.
18. Attending all the safety passport and induction prior entering all different work sites for familiarization as per safety requirement.
19. Education contractor or subcontractor of handling the equipment and installation in proper method.
20. Migration work coordination between SBK line 1 MRT and SSP line 2 MRT. Work closely with Operational System Operator (RapidRail Sdn Bhd). To make sure not to disturb the live train operational and working according RapidRail work standard.
21. Closely working and coordinate with RapidRail Power team and QA team and follow the safety and security requirement and avoiding interrupting train operation.
22. Energization the TPSS and Utility building and handover to operation team.
23. Drive Colas Rail to complete Track Related Installation Program (TRIP) to energize 33kv power and 750DC traction power.
24. Testing and commissioning activities.
25. EOIL preparation and closing prior handover to client.
26. Handing over inspection with MRT for asset handing over to client until acceptance and operated by rail operator.
27. Asset handing inspection and rectification any defect before handing over to Owner.
28. Final inspection with Government Railway Authorities prior open services to public to make sure comply and safe to public.
29. Manage a maintenance team for rectification work or failure to minimize interruption to the system.
30. Manage spare part and manpower to carryout daily and routine maintenance
31. Coordination and planning with related parties for maintenance to avoid interruption to the operation and healthiness of the system.
32. Plan for preventive maintenance manpower and material also make sure team on standby duty for corrective maintenance.
33. Prepare PR and stock check availability for all necessary spare part.

improvement project such as emergency power isolation project. Prepare the SOP the operation of the emergency power isolation project
2. Carryout demonstration of emergency power isolation project
3. Provide technical support to power team and others section in infrastructure
especially in case new improvement project such as SW 06 modification and refurbishment work car traction system
4. Assist infra manager for planning, monitoring, coordination and executing work within
KLSR to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carry out correctly and also outside contractor to make sure the result produce by contractor is meet our standard and specification within company setting budged.
5. Assist infrastructure manager in dealing with local authorities such as TNB and
Energy Commission to ensure we are inline with the rule and regulation. Coordinate with TNB to make sure minimized power interruption.
6. Preparing and update the standard operation procedure, method statement and check sheet toward the ISO 9001:2000 certifications.
7. Involve in internal audit team and carryout internal audit to others department in
KLSR to fulfil the ISO requirement
8. Update and make good all documentations and check sheet and ready for Sirim
Malaysia audit.
9. Prepare technical proposal and modification to TPSS to overcome the overvoltage
problem form TNB mainly to prevent any damages to TPSS equipment and train
equipment especially traction inverter. It also related to the train passenger safety.
10. Committee in developing blueprint for SAP programmed.
11. Developing NOSS programmed for Malaysia Education Department (SKM) regarding train management and maintenance.
12. Managing 3 ongoing projects which are KLMFEP, installation 3 unit disconnect switch and DC switchgear replacement for 2 TPSS.
