I am responsible for:
• Preparing and updating project schedule based on the contract using primavera P6 V16.2.
• Setting work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
• Monitoring critical activities based on the project schedule and advises project management.
• Preparing and submitting updated work program showing actual progress, identify areas of weakness, and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
• Monitoring day-to-day work using Excel sheets progress and preparing the monthly program and report.
• Recording update of site work progress obtained from site supervisors, construction manager and sub-contractors.
• Reporting to the Project Manager about the current work progress and making comparison between planned (Baseline schedule) and actual progress (Updated Schedule) and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
• Participating in project meetings, Coordination and discussions with the other groups and the Client as required.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
For the MEP Works of Cairo Metro Line 3 Phase 4A, 4B and Phase 3 also for Line 1 Extension of New El Marg Project and Kozzika Workshop.
كان دوري تصميم الاعمال الكهربائية فى مترو الانفاق الخط الثالث الذي يتم انشاه حاليا بالقاهرة عن طريق حساب الاحمال الكهربائية و عمل اللوحات اللازمة لذلك لتنفيذهل بالموقع.
لقد كنت مسئول عن تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة محطات تحلية المياة فى المنتجعات السياحية و قد كنت اذهب لبعد المناطق واجلس لفترة تتراوح بين شهرين لثلاثة اشهر

i was the second on my school and honored from the Prime Sharabia neighborhood as one of the ten on my neighborhood also i was in the choral and the acting team
