• Cooperate with the site managers and executive departments to collect data for actual works.
• Prepare all reports (Monthly & Weekly ….etc.) planning reports for the clients & issue the required planning and cost reports to project control manager.
• Preparation of the project time schedules, and confirm Baseline.
• Perform Delay Analysis of the construction activities & create new millstones and activates for any modified designs.
• Identifying and analysing schedule variance between baseline schedule and current schedule and providing advice to project manager on pulling the schedule on track.
• Fixing the issues in the schedules ( per needed ) .
• Prepare look ahead Reports to help the construction team to be on track with the Baseline.
• Helping in schedule resources loading in some projects
( if needed)
• Prepare of master, detailed, recovery & accelerated plans.
• Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
