- Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to ensure the most effective use of resources.
- Provide guidance to managers with regards salary administration and compensations.
- Supervise and follow up on policies and procedure covering several of the following areas: Compensation, onboarding, and employee/labour relations.
- Provide HR consulting expertise to management and employees.
- Consult with employees and managers to address the root causes of issues and resolves through a systematic and analytical approach.
- Assure compliance with all applicable laws and corporate policies/guidelines and maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the HR functions.
- Updating all the governments requirements.
- Assist in establishing policies and procedures, including disciplinary policies, and monitor their application to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Advise, review any disciplinary and discharge issues and concerns.
- Supervise tasks related to the employees' personnel, including attendance, circulars, vacations, incentives, awards, warning letters, issuing and visitor visit visas, and other formal papers related to the employees.
- Supervising the preparation of statistical reports concerning applicant flow, promotions, transfers, terminations, and turnover and recommending corrective actions when needed, all other related HR reports.
- Supervise induction and orientation of new joiners.
- Support to select and negotiating with health insurance agencies to get the best deals would cover all employees.
- Deliver HR results and KPIs.
- Resolve internal employee complaints.
- Comply with ARM company and HSE & Quality policies and procedures.
- Follow all other HR requirements as direct by line manager.
- Performs human resources activities and other administrative functions.
- Responsible for updating employee records including employment contract, medical insurance, social security, travel and residency according to the Saudi labor law, government-related transactions, termination, resignation etc. to the HR database.
- Take preventive actions against employees/issue warning letters in compliance with the approved company policies and Saudi labor laws to maintain discipline among all employees.
- Track and monitor employee’s absenteeism, sick leaves matter and handle as per the policy and KSA labor law.
- Take ownership and process employee vacations and settlement matters on time and coordinate with payroll officer for final settlement.
- liaise with the government relation officer to update any modification in labor law, update GOSI/QIWA etc. and coordinate to resolve all the related matter.
- Maintain employee date (employee file) into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate & up to date.
- Maintain HR systems and processes, Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding to support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Overseeing all aspects of business support, including human resources (HR), day-to-day project management (including customer and supplier relations), procurement, government relations, logistics/inventory control, finance (cash expectations, supplier invoices, customer bills, cash flow), payroll, vehicles, and IT.
- Leading the efforts in managing administration, talent acquisition, and government relations processes for business.
- Demonstrated skills in ensuring accurate recording of income and expenditures against projects and company costs by interacting with finance personnel on a daily and weekly basis.
- Key role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and representing the company, fairly and ethically; maintaining in-Kingdom support to key suppliers during project integration activities.
- Providing administrative support and coordinating for project-related health & safety, human resources, and government relations.
- Contributing and producing annual budget forecasts that indicate likely incoming income, project and indirect costs, and indicative profit projections.
- Applies Quality Management System (QMS - ISO 9001:2015) in the daily activities and preparing annual audits as directed.
- Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process.
- Oversee payroll submissions and payments.
- Structure competitive benefits packages and measure their success.
- Managing employee relations, such as mediating and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive working environment.
- Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Create reports for senior management.
- Excellent ability to communicate at all levels within an organization required
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
My Nature of works / responsibilities includes, but not limited to the following:
* I am coordinating and managing trainings activities for all company employees.
* Contacting training provider and preparing necessary arrangements.
* Answering and responding to participant’s inquiries and doubts.
* Auditing of all registration documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Finishing the administrative functions of training program, as needed.
* Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events.
* Full support for the instructors along with trainees at most training events.
* Preparation of reports for trainings and providing outcomes to Training Manager and Finance
Department within one week after each training.
