 Manage Inventory, Receipts, Packing, Fleet & Dispatch
 Ensure all Safety Measures throughout the Warehouse Process.
 Oversee and supervise schedules Distribute tasks to workforce, coordinate & determine individual accountability.
 Assist the Senior Management in designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal controls.
 Synchronize Inbound & Outbound Stocks, coordinating with Production, Site Incharge, Project Coordinator and operation departments.
 Timely delivery of the items to the Sites as per the delivery schedule/ Site Request and priority

LOGISTICS / INVENTORY CONTROL & FLEET MANAGEMENT.

Logistics:

 Spearhead the team of 75 team members, manage and steer multiple areas and take Strategic decisions in the area of Logistics for its successful operation.

 Oversee and supervise the follows up of the established schedules and activities. Distribute tasks to work level workforce, to coordinate different jobs, and determine individual accountability.

 Receive, monitor and maintain finished goods stock in the warehouse to ensure sufficient stocks are available at any given time to meet the market requirement as per the company guidelines.


 Assist the Senior Management in designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal controls.

 Synchronize Inbound & Outbound Stocks, coordinating with Production, Sales Accounts and operation departments.

 Supervising Day to day freight operation including some GCC movement.


 Over All control over the Local fleet movements.

 Timely delivery of the items to the customer as the delivery schedule for which will be the priority among the all for maintaining the better business relation with the customers.

Inventory Control:

 Full Control Over the inventory.
 Monitoring the inbound & outbound shipments through designated staffs in the warehouse.
 Monitoring warehouses in Abudhabi, Alain, Fujairah & RAK
 Periodic inventory conducted in the warehouse & reports the same to the higher management by sorting out the discrepancy (Excess/Shortage)

Fleet Management

 Managing fleet of 35 vehicles within the company for delivery & non delivery vehicles.

 Keeping close track on the vehicle maintenance charges by taking frequent quote from varuois service centers

 Schedules the delivery trucks according to the customer requirement & company delivery policy.

 Very good contact with the Out sourced vehicle circle as being in the Logistics field

 Keeping proper records on the renewal of vehicle & get things done on times on passing of the vehicle plus insurance

 Liaison with the Local & Overseas Suppliers for consumables and raw materials
 Made significant contributions to corporate growth and stability by skillfully negotiating with various suppliers.
 Liaising with the accounts department for fund positions.
 Liaising and supporting the sales team and solve their raw material requirements on time.
 Confidentiality in maintaining all the documents entrusted. Developed and maintained a secured filing system as per company policy.
 Send various periodical reports to the management - such as costs sheets; Production Performance, Purchases Status, Purchase Outstanding Reports, etc.
 Maintaining and creating the item codes for various finished goods, raw materials and allocation to assembly items while maintaining the costing of each finished product.
 Booking, Schedule & Arrange shipments
 Supervise & Coordinate Loading and Unloading for Export and imports
 Liaison with the International Suppliers and assisting in Opening the L/c and on arrival of goods assisting in clearing the goods from port and monitoring till the goods arrive to our yard
 Preparing the complete sets of Shipping Documents in tune to the L/Cs or as per Customer Specific requirements.
 Liaison with the production team and sales team to ensure timely production and delivery.
 Closely monitoring delivery of materials and liaising suppliers on delivery schedules.
 Efficiently assisted suppliers & customers during irregular and diverse situations in a calm and effective manner. Interacted with the customers and the suppliers on a regular basis.
