As Operational Maintenance Engineer of Plant:-
1. To plan, manage and supervise weekly maintenance of the plant.
2. To plan, manage and supervise annual maintenance of the plant.
3. To manage and supervise the maintenance of Autoclaves.
4. To manage and supervise the maintenance of Hydraulic
presses and Mixing equipments.
5. To carry out installation of equipments as per needed by the plant.
6. To manage and control the spare parts consumption.
7. To make overseas and local orders for spare parts.
8. To plan and carry out calibration of instruments and scales such as Moisture sensors, weighing scales, pressure scales, vernier calipers etc.
9. To maintain necessary tools required by the technicians to avoid shortage during breakdowns.
10. Optimum utilization of available resources such as tools, machinery, manpower and money to reduce the breakdown time to minimum.
11. To supervise safety of the plant according the international standards for safety.
As Production Engineer of the plant:-
1. To make, the Annual budget of the plant based on sales forecast, estimating, the production of each product, time requirement, raw material requirement, manpower requirement, spare parts requirement, and total cost requirement for the following production year.
2. To make monthly production and utilization report.
3. To make weekly production program.
4. To monitor and maintain the cycle times of various product types in order to attain desired efficiency.
5. To make daily efficiency report.
6. To manage manpower required for production.
7. To monitor the complete production process as per international standards and to make sure the end product produced is in accordance with the KSS standards..
As Internal ISO Auditor of the Plant:-
1. To make the annual ISO audit schedule.
2. To carry out monthly ISO audits.
3. To make sure that both the maintenance and production are carried out as per ISO.
4. To prepare audit reports for the Annual external ISO audit.
To Provide technical assistance to the clients of an ISP called WINDSTREAM (USA).
To provide the on field associates, the technical know -how to troubleshoot the problems.
