-Being responsible for all testing & assembly for gate valves, wellhead, liner hangers, tubing spools, annular bop, U bop, wireline bops. for different manufacturers and customers including NOV, BakerHughes, Cameron, Technip FMC.
-Making sure API 6A & API 16A standards has been followed during assembly & testing.
-Preparing all reports required for assembly and testing and submit them to quality control.
-Reporting daily activities to operation manager.
- Coordinating with planners to prepare to make sure planned jobs moving smoothly.
-Responsible for distributing daily jobs to technicians and helpers and making sure all jobs finished with promised time to ensure achieving high customers satisfaction.
-Being responsible for preparing assembly and testing department for any customer visit or audit.
-Making sure all workers are following HSE rules and regulations.
-Making sure all tools and equipment are calibrated to ensure high quality.
-Providing ideas for assembly & testing processes improvement.
-Paritcpated in start up of KSA NESR CACTUS wellhead services.
-Being responsible for receiving and storing valves shipments.
-Being responsible for preparing for Saudi Aramco visit & audit for NESR wellhead equipment services.

-Leading a team consists of technicians and helpers to perform cleaning and inspection of irons.
-Assembles and tests assemblies according to cactus (NESR) specifications. Masters basic
skills and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment in area of expertise.

-Operating a (Meyers) hydraulic accumulator.
-Greasing and flushing cactus frac valves.

-Perform overhauling for all types of valves and x-mas tree, frac tree. based on Cameron procedures and drawings.
-Working in assembly of Cameron HIPPS (high integrity pressure protection system).
-Ability to use overhead cranes up to 20 T.
-Participated in daily meeting and weekly safety meeting.
-Assembly & testing for gate valves, wellhead as per Cameron standard.
-Working as a Qc inspector in Saudi Aramco Sites onshore and offshore.
-Carrying out weld scanning, scanning pipes for wall thikness, corrosion pitting, HIC, stress crack, Lamination, corrosion & Erosion or any other anomalies in the pipe wall, tank, and vessel shell, Re boiler, Ferns, Glycol, Steel Condensate & Heat Exchangers.
-Generate Isometric drawing, P&ID drawings to use them in writing reports.
-Carrying out di penetrant inspection (PT) on weld joints, equipment’s components such as extension bellows, etc., in different material by using solvent removable and fluorescent methods.
-Worked in majors shutdown, on stream inspection and provide helping to inspection engineers during inspection activities and documentation.
-Update daily tracking sheet for all activities.
-Certified as NDT inspector level || (PT, MT, UT) with valid certificates.
-Special program to improve graduated students skills.
