•Developing the Valve Data Sheet that will satisfy all technical requirements as per design services of the project.

•Modifying and developing the material descriptions to meet the service required.

•Selecting and proposing material that meet design requirements such the pressure, velocity, temperature and corrosion resistance.

•Carrying out the Technical Bid evaluation of the material (TBE) and confirm the approval of the material requisitions.

•Carrying out Non-material requisitions (NMR) and checking all documents required such as inspection, tests, certificates, primary or details drawings and etc…

•Carrying out Material requisitions (MR/DCPR) and attached all required documents such as data sheets, description, standard & so on.

•Reviewing, analyzing and coordinating with end users, suppliers, and manufacturers the new materials proposals for stock (PFS) to ensure correctness of the catalogue data, with respect to specification.

•Raising technical clarification (TC) if the vendors not satisfy the material requisitions and keeping follow up.

•Reviewing materials catalogue to ensure specified template / format, monitor and control the grouping, coding and linking related technical documents and drawings in the company Materials.

•Answering and responding to vendor and end user’s queries.

•Familiar and well knowledgeable with material science and international STD (ASME, ASTM, API, NACE, MSS etc…) and client STD such as Saudi Aramco

Development of plot plan and piping layouts.

•Preparation of piping material specification, isometric drawings, standard pipe support and piping material take off.

•Supervise the preparation of conceptual/study layouts and designs and provide necessary inputs for modeling and drafting.

•Perform checking of facilities. Work with Piping Design Supervisor and responsible designer in correcting drawings.

•Site data collection and making as built drawings.

•Well familiar with column piping, heat exchanger piping, pump piping, rack piping, tank piping vessel piping.

•Preparing Datasheet, MR or NMR (Non-material Requisition).

•Coordinate on technical issues with other Engineering Disciplines as required.

•Provide the necessary inputs/data to other disciplines as per the requirements and procedures.

•Having knowledge of engineering practices, design details, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications.

•Preparation of safety instruction sheet (SIS).

•Preparing pipe wall thickness calculation.


• Carry out Hot Tap Calculating for the reinforcement pad & Split Tee.

AS FIELD SPECIALIST TESTING:

• Testing & measuring different oil & gas wells.
• Exploring and appraising through development to production.
• Downhole or at the surface, get answers to questions about productivity,
fluid properties, composition, flow, pressure, and temperature.
