• Direct the development and implementation of a performance management process which enables an accurate evaluation of employee contribution and improves the way in which managers manage the performance of their subordinates.
• Direct & develop the establishment and implementation of robust career and succession planning processes so that employees are encouraged to build a career with company and the organization develops a pool of talented executives who possess the capability to manage at more senior levels.
• Determine appropriate market-based remuneration policies for all employees to cover all areas of remuneration to ensure that the organization is able to retain and recruit employees of the required caliber to enable it to achieve its strategic objectives.
• Ensure that all salaries and benefits are paid to employees in a prompt and efficient manner to ensure their continued motivation.
