The Company has been established from 2007 dealing with the real estate sector providing brokerage services
from sales and leasing in the residential and commercial side of things my job role was primarily to monitor and observe every single
aspect of the company as a General Manager of the organisation the following points are what I have achieved and what I am working
on to bring stability to the company
Having a team of five agents reporting to me
Following up with up to date RERA laws and regulations
Conclude weekly team meetings and one on one reviews with each team member
Taking care of the HR side of things such as interviewing new potential agents to join the company
Setting targets making sure all agents meets them accordingly
Accounting all the salaries and commissions to be given by the end of the month
Following up with the company bank accounts making sure funds are available to account for payments needs to be made
on behalf of the company especially taking extra precautions to avoid cheques bouncing back
Following up with agents to conclude deals making sure they are closed
Working out the profits and loss of the company month in month out
Solving problems that may arise from time to time within the agents clients
Renewal of RERA broker cards and companies trade licence
Overlooking listings brought in to the company by the agents making sure it is genuine before advertising on the
marketing channels available
Managed to understand how to utilise different advertising strategies such as PropCRM, Dubizzle, Bayut and many other
leading portals to make sure to maximise the performance of the company advertisements
Generate leads and enquiries through different channels
Implementing new company policies in order to work from in a systematic manner
Ability to provide full support to my team around the clock whether in working hours or after working hours
Provide motivation to my team in order to produce maximum performance
Complete all visa processes for the staff from new visas to cancelations and renewals
Up to date with every aspect of the company
Following up with receptionist making sure she is answering the telephone and greeting clients in a professional manner
Training and coaching staff using various methods to make sure every detail is understood and implemented
Built a network with large and small developers and also familiar with their products in order to pitch to new clients and
existing investors

one of the premium organisations in the industry of Dubai.
Have the opportunity to work in an open environment in the secondary market with no limitations
Gained knowledge of the new laws and regulations implemented by the government of Dubai such as the RERA
laws, Oqood system, ERES - Emirates Real Estate Solutions, Tenancy Notices and further more
Managed to conclude sales using various strategies of advertising and target market
Ability to use the CRM system Propspace giving me access to network with over 400 Real Estate companies in order
to conclude sales or rentals as well listing properties using the CRM system to distribute around the main online
portals known in the real estate industry
Managed to be part of the large property show known as Cityscape having to qualify and assist clients in the stand
that was provided opened more channels to become closer to close
Having the opportunity to build a wide network of agents in different areas of the Dubai freehold property market
Attended many developer launches such as Emaar and DAMAC new projects in order to sell to my existing investors
and new investors that required off plan properties in the most prime locations
Dealt with exclusive projects from residential to commercial buildings either ready or off plan that Rocky Real
Estate have the exclusivity on
Managed to bring a number of sellers that required property management offering piece of mind in regards to
renting out properties and maintenance and technical issues to apartments and villas
Opening new channels in order to generate serious investors
Dealt with VIP investors and have built connections through different channels
Achieved to have a great reputation in the Dubai property freehold market by dealing with different agents from all
backgrounds and cultures and attending many events and launches available.
Having the ability to register different agents based from outside the UAE in order to generate leads in a
professional manner.
DAMAC Properties is the largest private developer in the Middle East offering luxury properties such as premium hotel
apartments in prime locations as well as residential and commercial properties around the region
Exposure to a large sales team of over 400 sales agents
Opened new channels of bringing potential buyers to invest in Dubai

Homes 4 U Real Estate Broker is a private real estate company that deals with the selling and leasing in residential and
commercial properties within the fast moving market of Dubai. My job role was started as a property consultant and then promoted to be a Sales & Leasing Manager after one year given a team of sales and leasing agents as well as recruiting new
property consultants throughout my period in the company.
