Managing the Implementation of New Projects in Kahramaa by Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the on-time delivery of the Projects.
Supporting & Leading the team in the various project stages (Requirement Gathering; Analyzing & Designing; Testing, Deploying & Support).
Responsible for defining the timeline for the implementation; monitoring the teams and reporting the progress.
My responsibilities include the following:
➢ Managing IT Projects with relevant Project management methodologies.
➢ Coordinate with Internal Resources to ensure the flawless execution of the project.
➢ Coordinate with Project Sponsor & stakeholders to assist with Scope Definition.
➢ Conducted business requirements gathering with end-users from various departments including Customer Services; Planning, Projects, Quality, Finance, and HR to understand the business needs.
➢ Assessed whether the business requirements can be met using existing applications or new development is required.
➢ Defined the To-Be Process and refined the business requirements in line with the new process.
➢ Coordinate with Internal Team and assure the implementation/execution of the Project as per the Scope to assuring Sponsor satisfaction.
➢ Conduct a Demo for End Users for the new implementation Done. ➢ Support End Users in conducting User Acceptance Testing
Provides High-level support and diagnosis for all kinds of Technical problems for all KM users (3000+) distributed in branches.
➢ Handling Active Directories such as editing groups, users, computer names, and permissions.
➢ Handling System Center Configuration Manager server (SCCM) for deploying images and software’s through network plus remote access and information gathering.
➢ Ensure optimum system configuration and up to date easy to access documentation of all related hardware and software to minimize the risk of disasters.
➢ Manage existing systems such as Assets Managements, BMC Foot Print, Printing Servers, Anti-Virus, etc…
➢ Responsible about Designing & implementing & Maintaining Systems in response to Business Functional Requirements similar but not limited to: Attendance, Marketing, Procedures, Tasks, Estimation, Cost Control, Project progress File, Job Order …
➢ Provide Full on-site & remote technical support for users.
➢ Install, Manage & support Primavera P6 for Projects Engineers.
➢ Initiator & Administrator of “Management Control System (MCS)” & responsible about Reporting System.
➢ Systems and Network administration for Head office, Showroom & Sites.
➢ Manage & Maintain Servers, Domain Controller, users, Roles & Emails.
➢ Provide Local & Remote Technical Support for all users distributed in 9 branches in Lebanon including the Head Office in Beirut where I work.
➢ Managing Helpdesk, service level management and compliance, escalation procedures and vendors’ communication.
➢ Installing, Updating, Testing & Maintaining “Insurance Management System (IMS)” & “Motor Claims Management System (Next1)”
➢ Network and Systems administration
➢ LAN/WAN installation, configuration and support.
➢ Manage & Maintain Workstations, and Servers on Hardware, OS and Applications levels.
➢ Install, Implement & Maintain: Domain Controller (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Users, Groups, GPMC…), Microsoft ISA & Exchange Servers.
➢ Archiving & disaster recovery.
