Responsibilities:
- Dealing & meetings with customers / Sales, Support & Marketing (Dahua, Axis & Bosch)
- Proving Technical Engineering support to technicians in the field
- Configuration and modeling for IP & Digital Cameras (CCTV), Bio-metrics, Fire alarms, Public Address System, Structured Cabling, Rack, Switches & Routers etc
- Arrangement of resources on site availability for QA/QC within time frame
- Using Microsoft Visio, Auto Cad, Milestone, PSS etc for pre installation and modeling
- Submitting daily basis report of technicians and projects to higher management
- Cost & Resource management, Team administration, Team leading, Project control
- Preparing Quotations, Invoices, Company profile etc
- Handling technical team up to 15 engineers and technicians
- Business development meeting with high profile clients / partners
- Responsible for RED ZONE security equipments (Installation & Maintenance)
