• Responsible for proposal preparation for the supply of equipment, corrective & periodic maintenance of existing equipment in coordination with the operation & maintenance division
• Responsible for preparation of technical specification of equipment for submission to clients
• Responsible for evaluation and quotation preparation if need be of different material & maintenance services inquiries
• Prepare bill of quantities, work scheduling of every activity/task for monitoring of corrective and periodic maintenance jobs (project planning)
• Provide clients recommended spare parts listing of installed equipment
• Follow-up / monitor of all proposals submitted
• Do product / services promotion to local and prospected international clients & suppliers
• Prepare monthly reports / updates to management for evaluation
• Responsible for communicating / coordinating with various equipment manufacturers for inquiries especially for project related activities
• Preparation of purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes
• Monitoring of every purchase order
