- Follow up the analysis (water -hplc-A.A.S-waste water-fuel and lubricant-fertilizer-incom materials-sugar analysis). -Checkup &adjustments of the laboratory instruments -Verify the procedures application. -Document control -Insure immediate feedback to concern section about test results
-Follow up and coordinate the three shifts. -Review all data in the reports. - Cross checking of the instruments. -Verify the procedures applications -Insure the application standard procedures. -Co-ordinate with instrument engineer for any maintenance. -Insure the application of any recommendation from Quality Control Department. -Orienting the shift chemist if any deviation. -Revaluates the documents and reports. -Co-ordinate with process section for any support or advice. -Insure the corrective decision regarding nonconformity. -Insure high level of hygiene. -Achieving continual improvement of system.
