- Carry out all routine chemical analysis
- Daily checking and adjustment of lab instruments
- Ensure that QC chemistry laboratory methods are validated and all analysis are qualified to perform these methods

- Review and approve test results of finished product and raw martials per the positive
release procedure
- Co-operate and communicate with other locations and departments during the work and maintain the optimal conditions to ensure the best quality of the final product
- Co-operate with production manager daily to calculate the efficiency of plant from input
and output and send report to top manager
- Assume all the roles and responsible of the laboratory manager in his/her absence
- Assist in compilation of QC chemistry laboratory report sheets, review documentation accuracy, and communicate the review outcomes to the laboratory staff for correction and continuous improvement
- Develop and monitor the training and qualification QC chemistry laboratory staff and plant floor team managers, leaders, and operators
- follow up and supervision of shipping process for product in port Sudan
- performs other duties as assigned

- Controlling the documents issued by the shift
- Verify test procedures to ensure use of the updated and validated test methods
- Supervision, training and ensure staff are working in a safe environment and that safety
procedures are followed at all times
- Take decision when products are not conforming to the standards and advise concerned
for needed correction
- Verification of corrective action taken by process owners during the shift and ensure
remedial action are satisfactory
- Co-ordinate with process shift in charge, marketing and store house department.
- Managing the shift and preparing required daily reports & monthly and preparing different report asked from QC manager
- performs the internal quality check sample assigned by the quality department
- Ensure all samples are taken and prepared correctly,
- Ensure tests are done on time and evaluate the effectiveness of the analysis
- Preparation and standardization of reagents and solutions
